If you’re considering an EMDR Intensive, the first step is simply to get in touch. You don’t need to know whether an intensive is definitely right for you — that’s something we’ll consider together as we get to know more about what you’re looking for.
Please complete the short form below and I’ll be in touch to discuss the next steps.
There is no commitment to book an intensive by making an enquiry.
Please don't include detailed information about traumatic experiences, medical history or other sensitive personal information in this form. We can discuss this privately during your initial consultation.
The information you provide will be used to respond to your enquiry and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Please note: This form isn't monitored continuously and should not be used to request urgent or emergency support.
1. I’ll review your enquiry
I’ll consider the information you’ve provided and contact you to discuss the next step.
2. Brief initial conversation
We'll arrange a brief, free, no-obligation Zoom call to talk about what you're looking for, answer any initial questions and consider whether it makes sense to move forward to a full assessment. There's no pressure to make a decision during the call.
3. Comprehensive assessment
If we decide to move forward, we'll arrange a more detailed clinical assessment to understand what you're experiencing, what you would like to work on and whether an EMDR Intensive is an appropriate way of working for you.
4. Your intensive
If we agree that an intensive is the right way forward, we'll arrange your intensive date and I'll guide you through the preparation beforehand.
You may find the answer in my FAQs, including information about suitability, online EMDR, fees, insurance and what to expect before and after an intensive.
